Privacy

Todos at todo.goodestbois.com. Last updated November 7, 2026.

What is stored

• From your Google account: your name, email address and Google's account id. Nothing else is requested, and the app can't read your Gmail, contacts or files.
• The todos and projects you create, and a log of changes you make to them.

How it is used

• Only to show you your own list. Your data is not sold, shared or used for advertising.
• The optional AI review feature is limited to the site owner's own account. Other users' todos are never sent to any AI model.
• Data is stored with Cloudflare (Workers and D1), which hosts the site.

Your control

• Download everything as a JSON file at any time (Account > Download my data).
• Delete your account (Account > Delete my account). This permanently removes your todos, projects and change log right away.

Deleting your data

You don't need to ask anyone: Account > Delete my account removes everything immediately.
